About Amelia Davis

As an Assistant Industrial/Organisational Psychologist at EZRA, I work within the Assessments and Insights team of EZRA Labs. Focused on go-to-market insights, I help bring data to life, translating research into meaningful outcomes that demonstrate the impact of coaching on individuals and their organisations. I hold a first class BSc in Psychology from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Organisational Psychology with distinction from the Alliance Manchester Business School. I have experience in utilising both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including data analytic techniques such as Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), and Thematic Analysis (TA). I am passionate about adopting an evidence-based approach to understanding workplace dynamics, enhancing employee wellbeing, and improving organisational performance. I am also a BPS registered test user in occupational personality and ability psychometric testing (RQTU).
