About Amelia E. Barrett

The combination of hospitality, operations, HR and a personal love of yoga has grounded my work ethos in curiosity, sharing success, and transparency. Hospitality introduced me to people from all walks of life, how to navigate difficult conversations with sensitivity, and how far a team can go with ongoing effective communication. My HR journey has allowed me to deepen my recruiting, bespoke interview development, onboarding, employee engagement skills; as well as build a foundation of core HR competencies including benefits administration, LOA, interview and performance management coaching. Working with folks and organizations with strongly-held values that add community value and offer continued opportunity for growth and development are the people and places I want to work with and for.
