Client Liaison officer - Absa Technology Finance Solutions Prepare Master Rental agreements 0% error rate and within the agreed time frame- Prepare annexures with 0% error rate and within the agreed time frame- Prepare quotes with 0% error rate and within the agreed time frame- Keep up to date daily activity reports which will be discussed in detail at the sales meeting once a month- Keep manager informed of progress, activities on payout processes and application - Give customers turnaround on quotes, proposals and queries within 3 hours- Be able to check a payout to Discounting Department - Any other functions as greed by the manager upfront- Maintain proper records of clients documentation/ proper filing system - Exercise due care diligence at all times- Be meticulous, pay attention to detail and produce work and documentation of a high standard- Stay willing to help beyond own job description at all times and be a team player- Be proactive in your duties and go the extra mile- Develop a good understanding of all Absa Technologies products and services- Develop enough competency to be able to:* Quotes on factors * Prepare Schedules and Annexures and Master Rental Agreements * Obtain all necessary documentation to sign up a client and be able to discount a deal.*Use all provided training and understanding of the ATFS producst and services to render top service to both internal and external clients for rental options *Manage risks that may threaten relationships with clients and bring these to the attention of the manager as soon as practically possible.* Have a discussion with clients face to face or telephonically about the Absa Technologies business and offer ‘first line support’ * Escalate any challenges/issues that are not resolved to the manager as soon as practically possible.
