In my current position I oversee the entire certification process. To include developing and implementing policies that ensure certification holders meet the necessary requirements to become and remain certified through use of various databases such as Naylor and LOTUS. I provide excellent facilitation of conflict resolution between the companies teams as well as between phlebotomists and employers. All while using skills of professionalism, investigative, consultation, advising, and education. Through my years of gained knowledge through my work history I have established the need for teamwork to ensure employee safety and client satisfaction which brought one company to successfully have 492 employee accident free days. As a team leader I guarantee that all administrative tasks for the establishment are completed on time and correctly. Managed patient records, payroll, billing, and budgets when necessary. Also developed programs that better helped the company keep track of their clients needs, business losses, and growth.
