My recruitment career started 5 years ago, within the Public Sector in New Zealand, and my approach has always been relationship orientated, driven to deliver the highest quality of service to both client and candidate. Since returning home in 2022, I have continued to build my network and experience in the UK market. Having studied Politics at the University of Liverpool; the Public & Not-for-Profit sectors was always a natural choice for me, gravitating towards organisations and individuals that matched my values surrounding people and impacting positive change. As a Senior Consultant here at Investigo I specialise, in permanent Senior HR opportunities across the Not-For-Profit, Higher Education and Public sectors. I cover the full 'People' spectrum covering everything from HR Generalists to specialised role in Talent, Organisational Design/Development, Learning, ED & I, Systems and Reward.
