About Amelie Biere

As a leadership, people & culture enthusiast with a background in international management I have a heart for bringing people together. Through my Master’s degree and experiences studying abroad, I’ve built a strong academic foundation and gained a global perspective that continues to shape how I approach leadership and people development. Those experiences taught me adaptability, curiosity, and the importance of learning from different voices and perspectives. My passion lies in leadership, change, sustainability, and creating cultures where psychological safety and inclusivity aren’t just buzzwords, but lived realities. I believe diversity and inclusion are more than a “strategy”—it’s the root of creativity, collaboration, and lasting success. At the same time, I see myself as a listener and a connector. I don’t claim to have all the answers (who does;)), but I care deeply about asking the right questions, bringing people together, and co-creating environments where individuals feel safe, inspired, and able to grow. And beyond the professional side, I’m someone who values humor, genuine conversations, and the joy of building bridges between people from all walks of life. I admire people who put in effort—whether at work, in sports, or in personal growth—because I know from my own experience how much dedication and persistence matter.
