Our California-based firm specializes in national recruitment of physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals. We are dedicated to creating the perfect matches between healthcare professionals and institutions, utilizing a bespoke, individualized selection process in an era where AI has yet to completely grasp the nuances of aligning healthcare talents to facilities. Our vision is far-reaching and transcends national borders. Our expansion plans include travel nursing and medical locum tenens staffing, with broader ambitions to promote international recruitment. A cornerstone of our strategy is to provide U.S. employment-based visa sponsorship for Registered Nurses (RNs) worldwide. By enhancing accessibility to global healthcare opportunities, we aspire to foster more personalized and impactful patient experiences. My professional journey commenced at The Cairo Kidney Center as a Supervising Nurse. Later, as a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation-Aswan Heart Center, I acquired an intricate understanding of the healthcare sector. My tenure as a CNO, marked by strategic leadership, policy development, staff management, and upholding high-quality patient care standards, underscored the critical importance of patient-centric healthcare. In 2017, I transitioned to the U.S. and embraced the role of a Travel Nurse. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I served on the front lines as a COVID ICU Travel RN in NYC and LA. This seminal experience, navigating through varied employers, states, and scopes of practice, and providing care to a wide array of patient demographics, emphasized the indelible value of customized patient care and the significance of practical, experiential wisdom in healthcare talent selection.
