More than 25 years extensive working experience in onshore/offshore oil and gas industry as A Professional Gas Processing, Refinery and LNG plant, Field Operator, Panel Operator as well as Supervisor, Senior Commissioning Engineer, training coordinator, process operation production trainer/assessor and Technical Training Manager. • SQA certified Internal Verifier and Assessor, CIEH Level 3 Certified Trainer for Process Operations,LNG, Gas Processing, and Omegaland LNG process simulator. • Developed and implementation technical training and competency assurance systems, technical assessment and internal verifying process for pre-operations and operational organization. • Performer of Permit to Work (PTW) and Integrated Safety System of Work (ISSOW) as Area Authority and Process Isolation Authority in all service year. • Conversant in project systemization, HAZID/HAZOP study, Management of Change, Continuous Improvement Program, SHELL’s DEP and Flawless Project Delivery(FPD), pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up (CSU) preparation and activities, turnaround activities of High H2S/CO2 (acid Gas) environment oil and gas processing site and LNG plant, plant optimization study and modification. • Expert in commissioning, start up and operations of oil and gas process systems • Delivered LNG process simulator training offline, online and hybrid.
