I’m Amer Mohamed Ahmed, a dedicated and versatile professional based in El Aguza, Giza, with a strong background in communication, administration, and design. I graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, and hold diplomas in Graphic Design and Human Resources from the American University in Cairo (AUC). I’ve also completed professional training in Microsoft Office and OSHA, strengthening my skills in safety, organization, and workplace efficiency. My career journey started at AUC’s Security Office. Later, I joined the AUC Print Shop, working closely with professors and enhancing my creative and technical design skills. After that, I transitioned into operations, managing over 600 residents—most of them minors—while maintaining strong communication with both students and parents. I also worked at Gourmet Food, where I developed advanced customer service and conflict resolution abilities through practical experience and specialized training. Alongside my full-time roles, I’ve worked as a freelance graphic and web designer, building creative, data, and digital solutions for a range of clients. Currently, I’m part of AUC’s Residential Life (ResLife) Department as a Receptionist, where I combine my data management, analysis, and design expertise to support operations and enhance the student experience. I’m passionate about continuous learning, teamwork, and finding creative solutions to operational challenges.
