About Ameya Babel

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2024, clearing all levels in the first attempt. My journey has been defined by a strong foundation in finance, strategic problem-solving, and a passion for delivering impactful insights. During my articleship at Udyen Jain & Associates, I gained a solid grounding in analyzing financial statements while working on statutory audits. I then joined Henkel as their first Industrial Trainee in the Regional Business Controlling Team for Europe & IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa). In this cross-SBU role, I contributed to high-impact projects, including designing Power BI dashboards and Excel reports that supported strategic decisions for top management. This enriching experience led to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with Henkel’s EIMEA Business Controlling Team. Currently, working as a business controller for our Automotive OEMs SBU for Europe & India, Middle East & Africa. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about sports—especially football, table tennis, badminton, and cricket. I also enjoy exploring new cultures, meeting people, and traveling, as these experiences broaden my perspective and fuel my curiosity.
