For my study and grooming as a successful Sales Professional, I followed my "Guru" whose quote puts across the thought so well “Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.” – Brian Tracy. After Many ventures all related to Sales and Marketing what my understanding is, Fundamentals are similar, Platforms change. As a hard core sales professional who started selling part time at the age of 16 right since school time, I think I chose my Gold Mine in the "Sales" profession. After 16 years of selling various products and services across North America, Europe, Middle East, APAC. After years of closing deals globally across diverse industries, the thrill of securing that next win still drives me. Leading, Training, Motivating team members to follow the footsteps of achieving successful Sales targets its just an icing on the cake. Establishing realistic goals, attractive incentive plans and objectives, One on One or Team discussions with executives to help in objections handling, prospect understanding any other issues is a vital part of successful Sales team. My strengths lie in understanding client needs, addressing objections, and providing strategic guidance to consistently exceed targets.
