About Ami Bush

I’m a Senior Account Executive with 5+ years of experience helping recruitment teams find, engage, and hire top talent. I’ve spent my career in the ATS and tech sourcing space, partnering with talent leaders to solve real hiring challenges; improving recruiter efficiency, increasing diversity, reducing costs & creating a smoother candidate experience (to name just a few). I’m passionate about connecting great companies with great tooling, and I love seeing the impact the right technology can have on how teams grow. My style is consultative, solutions-focused and people-first.Pinpoint is an all-in-one applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to help in-house recruiting teams attract, hire, and retain top talent more efficiently. It streamlines the entire hiring process - from posting jobs and managing applications to scheduling interviews and collaborating with hiring managers, all in one intuitive platform.
