About Ami Lainela

Right now diving in deep waves of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Participated as sales team leader in seven implementations during last 4 years in employer´s entities. Now part of Sales solution team, mainly improving the AX 2012 - responsibility area sales. Sixteen years of experience of living and working in Russia. Never said no to the idea of returning as an expat. Always ready to think of new challenges, have never experienced, that I have just turned 60, but still full of energy and ability to go on with new tasks. Like to work in an international atmosphere, ready to travel much. Improving processes and making changes to make work more effective give me great pleasure. I consider that I have several strengths - the main is the abilities include getting easlly along with different people and open minded view to the future. Also easy adaptation into different circumstances is an advantage. Language skills - easy to learn languages - Finnish, Swedish, English, Russian, German - learning Estonian and Polish.
