About Ami Sheehan

I am an experienced facilitator and coach, with close to a decade’s worth of experience in management and stakeholder engagement roles across APAC. I'm passionate about developing others and helping them to realise, grow and unlock their potential, and as a facilitator and coach at Inkling I am deeply driven to ensure our clients experience outstanding outcomes, with a focus on driving sustained individual change and bringing organisational culture to life. My strengths are in creating meaningful connections with others and working with them through a curious and personalised approach; supporting them to dig a little deeper, go below the surface and move past any barriers to their success, and design a life they love so that they can live a little more courageously. As specialists in diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety, Inkling delivers evidence-based leadership programs that draw on psychology and behavioural science.
