With more than 10 years’ experience as a small business owner myself, I understand the issues facing our customers, and take a genuine interest in learning about their businesses and their industries. I’ve been working in the general insurance broking sector since in roles encompassing various aspects of the broking field including commercial and domestic broking, claims management and compliance. My aim is to always inspire client loyalty in this service-oriented industry, where in-depth analysis and problem-solving are also key. Outside of my business I enjoy being fit and healthy, I’m not a rev-head but I’ll always drive a car that does more than take me from A to B, I’m a big fan of crime and fantasy novels, and you’ll catch me watching Nordic noir and intense Australian dramas!
