About Amie Roberts

For the past 20 years, I have worked with CEOs and Senior Executives to optimise their time, manage their energy, focus on their key priorities and goals, and ensure they're making time for their home lives. Now, as a life coach, I work with individuals looking to get more from their lives. I do this by working with the whole person and ensuring they maximise their happiness and impact in every part of life, including career/business, relationships, health and fitness, finances, social, spiritual, emotional and intellectual. My clients have big dreams. They want to find and fulfil their life purpose and achieve their goals. We work together to do this while learning how to remove the obstacles that inevitably get in the way. I am deeply committed to my personal development and continuous learning. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychological Science, trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and have completed countless workshops and seminars. I am currently a coach-in-training at Human Potential Institute, which incorporates four specialities of life coaching: life, health, performance and personal development. And I am working toward my International Coach Federation certification.
