I am a Senior Risk Management Analyst at Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, the largest private bank in Sri Lanka with a strong presence in Bangladesh. I have over 10 years of experience in corporate banking and wealth management, serving corporate and high-net-worth clients from both countries. I hold a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers Sri Lanka, and I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West London. In my current role, I independently evaluate credit proposals from various business units, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of associated risks prior to approval. I also provide leadership and guidance to the Credit Risk Team, ensuring that pre-sanction credit risk assessments and reviews are conducted in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, I have demonstrated expertise in conducting training programs in both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh for Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC. My key competencies include financial analysis, risk management, customer relationship management, and analytical skills. I am passionate about achieving customer satisfaction, driving innovation, and ensuring the quality of service delivery. My goal is to apply my expertise in corporate and elite banking as a Relationship Manager or as a Risk Analyst and Risk Reviewer in the Risk Department.
