About Amin Gh.

I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering from York University and a dual bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and physics from Sharif University of Technology. I worked as an electro mechanical designer and engineer at SEiL Lab, a research and development laboratory affiliated with York University and Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. My core competencies include embedded devices, CAD, and mechatronics. At SEiL Lab, I have successfully created a testing apparatus for a new helicopter's rotor blade coating, which features a high-speed pneumatic particle shooter and operates within a specialized cold room environment. I have also developed a new testing apparatus for airplane coatings, which involves the precise high-speed impact of Drosophila Melanogaster onto the leading edge of a 1cm thick airfoil. These projects demonstrate my creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills, as well as my passion for aerospace engineering. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of researchers, engineers, and industry partners, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods. I aspire to contribute to the advancement of aerospace engineering and to the sustainability and safety of aviation.
