I am a Cultural Consultant at RADIAS Health, where I provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed services to clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I have a Master's of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs, with a focus on social policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Augsburg University. I have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as public speaking and presentation skills. In my previous roles, I have contributed to the development and implementation of policies and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in various sectors and settings. I have conducted thorough and impartial investigations, written policy briefs and reports, consulted and collaborated with stakeholders, and delivered trainings and workshops. I am passionate about advancing social justice and human rights, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am eager to learn from others and share my insights and ideas.
