As a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile, I lead a high-volume store with 19 salespeople who generate over $1.2 million in annual revenue. I am responsible for customer-escalation resolutions, employee development and management, and multi-location operations. I also mentor and train new hires for the district, and share my best practices and insights as a 2023 T-Mobile Lead Panelist and Mentor. I am passionate about continuous learning and development, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at the University of Phoenix. I have already completed an Associate degree of arts in Business at the same university. I have more than 10 years of supervisory and management experience in the retail industry, and I have a proven track record of success in the top 20% in performance as an individual contributor and a leader.
