About Amir Elyaderani

At Arizona State University, as a former PhD student/candidate in Biomedical Informatics, I focused on advancing computational methods and data-driven research. My role involved the application of cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques in clinical health and bioinformatics, where I specialize in data analysis, modeling, and automation of complex workflows. By developing scalable solutions, I enable institutions to handle growing datasets and patient populations more efficiently, without increasing workload. My experience at TGen sharpened my expertise in computational biology, particularly in the study of neurodegenerative diseases. I now leverage those skills to tackle complex challenges in bioinformatics and health informatics, using AI and ML to contribute to the development of innovative, data-driven medical solutions that enhance patient care and outcomes.
