I am a passionate data-driven and result-oriented leader with 15+ years of experience in trust and safety, operations management, analytics, fraud detection and risk, and team leadership. I have a track record of building and leading high-performing teams to combat abuses and threats, enhance safety and security, and improve operational efficiency. I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis, experimentations and predictive modeling, and leveraging AI/ML to drive impactful results. I have a strong foundation in product strategy and development, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies and roadmaps. I excel at navigating projects through uncertainties, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving projects to successful completion. Beyond my professional experiences, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact on the life of children around the world. As a Board Member of the Golestan Foundation, I have dedicated my time to supporting the safety, housing, and education of over 600 orphaned children. I also serve as an Advisory Board Member at Adabestan Persian School that focuses on promoting Persian literacy amongst Iranian-Americans in the bay area.
