Talent acquisition is an ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders, and or the future executives, I always tend to focus on long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate candidates for positions that require a very specific skillset. More focused on the strategic side of tougher positions to fill and acquire talent, plan in advance, have key candidate touch points and maintain on-going relationships with candidates and facility managers. Responsible for forging relationships with key healthcare professionals, HR and Hiring Managers within multi-sites, local/nationally across multiple specialties and high clinical areas. Continually build and maintain strong relationships between cross-hospital and Healthcare organization leaders. Serving as a highly effective communicating Liaison with all departments within the organization to include C-Suite executives to bring exceptionally qualified individuals to their organizations. Achieve funnel growth by expanding relationships through a myriad of efforts including long-standing relationships, Social Media, direct touch approach and referrals. My passion is in giving back! I use my profession to help as many individuals find and secure employment and ignite their careers. In 2009, Founded "Employability Skills Training & Achievement" with an official endorsement from the City of Los Angeles for their adult programs to 70 of their community facilities. After watching the news about thousands of individuals loosing their jobs, I created Job-Seeker/Job Hunters Workshops as a philanthropy endeavor entitled "Employability Skills Training and Achievement". Developed a relationship with the city of Los Angeles, presented the series of workshops for job seeker about techniques to accelerate their job placement. Serve as guest speaker on panels for job seekers and employers for attracting and hiring top talent.
