I currently am a part of the escalation teams within Consumer Finance Operations where we deal with the next-level more complex processing application. We cover a wide range of requests that come into our queue and strive to look for solutions. As part of the escalation team, I also hold an authority to look outside of the box to go that next step for customers to ensure we get them good outcomes. I have the ability to deal with complaints and difficult customers. Throughout my role, I possess the energy required through intrinsic attention to detail, time management skills, determination, and my ability to work both in a team and independently. I'm driven by my ability to simplify processes, define flaws and optimize the best ways of working.
