I’m a Configuration and Change Management Specialist with 7+ years of experience in the rail industry, supporting engineering, production, logistics, and documentation. As a Key User of both Windchill PLM and SAP ERP (Traceability, Configuration, and Quality modules), I ensure end-to-end control and traceability of technical data, product modifications, and production records. I'm currently managing the Change Control Board (CCB) process for Fit, Form, and Function changes, coordinating across departments to implement engineering updates efficiently and compliantly. I'm also serving as Scrum Master for the metering department, promoting agile principles and continuous improvement. I'm passionate about structured processes, cross-functional teamwork, and building systems that improve efficiency and accuracy in complex environments.
