My career spans executive leadership roles driving business strategy, profitability, and growth for early to mid-stage startups, with a focus on the consumer goods industry. Honing a strong breadth of strategic and operational oversight, I have been privileged to partner across multiple organizations to develop, lead, and optimize operations, finance, human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. Business growth and transformation require a commitment to establishing the vision, structures, systems, and talent that align with the mission and enable success. I possess more than a decade of experience guiding strategic direction, operational improvement, and innovation that propels rapid growth to scale. This includes a variety of practical technology solutions that automate and streamline cross-organizational activities. No individual or business journey is without challenges. My approach to meeting these challenges, addressing issues, and overcoming roadblocks is analytical and data-driven. I enjoy understanding how things work – deconstructing and reconstructing to examine the mechanics. Throughout my career, this systematic decision process has enabled me to serve as a strategy driver, problem solver, and change agent to enable the goals of the business. Within my work and involvement with various organizations, I strive to create opportunities for others that provide shared value to businesses and communities. Volunteering in India gave me a new perspective on how I could use my skills to affect change. Working with students who had no formal schooling, I understood the importance of access to education for breaking the cycles of poverty. With the right mindset and frameworks, we can break the cycle of systemic issues. I was fortunate to be given the opportunities I was and my ultimate goal is to pay this forward.
