About Amish Vaidya

Hospitality isn’t just a job for me—it’s a passion rooted in making every guest feel valued, and every interaction meaningful. With over a decade of experience in customer-facing roles across India and the UAE, I specialize in delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations in luxury hospitality environments. Currently, I manage front office operations at Hyde Hotel, Dubai, where I focus on elevating guest satisfaction and optimizing service efficiency. Alongside, I run AV Enterprises—a real estate venture dealing in land, redevelopment, and residential/commercial transactions. This dual role sharpens my business acumen and people skills, allowing me to navigate both service excellence and strategic deal-making. My background includes leading front office teams at Sofitel BKC Mumbai and travel operations at Global Access Consultancy. I hold a B.Sc. in Hospitality Management with Tourism from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Travel & Tourism. What sets me apart is my commitment to professionalism, adaptability, and relationship-building. I’m fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and thrive in multicultural, high-pressure environments. Whether it’s turning first-time guests into loyal patrons or sealing multi-lakh real estate deals, I bring energy, integrity, and a results-driven mindset. I’m now exploring new opportunities to grow within hospitality leadership or expand my real estate network. Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone who combines service excellence with strategic thinking—or if you simply believe in working with people who get things done with heart.
