About Amisha Shetty

"This Girl talks a lot! Make her the monitor of the class that way she will have to lead by example" 🎖 Communication & Leadership - Both came to me at my earliest stages of life! Speak about leading a large Retail team of the most diverse people in my last role or handling a larger geography with scattered sales leaders of Direct Selling business I have done it all with utmost passion & "sometimes ease". Guilty of throwing ideas left right & center but also allowing people creative freedom to contribute as per their own expertise I am a big believer of "Any work you do involves sales even if means selling of your ideas and/or opinions" which helped me kick start my career in a customer facing environment that too not just any customer but a B2B customer portfolio which involves safeguarding your Brand Name for a long & sustainable relationship. Thanks to my earlier experiences I am today a more confident & independent individual & able to move away from my comfort zone leaving my pets behind out to a completely New land in search of greater opportunities. Would love to Connect "Talk" & hear more such stories all along!
