Have successfully lead and managed ERP implementation and migrations. Have also lead the finance process transformation to the shared service centre. Set up controls and process for the business by rolling out Standard Operating Process’s (SOPs) for various process. Implemented various Balance Sheet assurance processes to ensure financial hygiene, integrity & improve compliance. Have been recognized at National level for various initiatives which have been chosen as Nationally Best Practices
