With an MBA in Project Management and over 16 years of experience in process plant instrumentation and electrical maintenance, installation, and commissioning, I am a seasoned engineering leader in the brewing industry. Currently,Manager - Asset Care at The HEINEKEN Company, where I manage the engineering projects, capital expenditures, and continuous improvement initiatives for the production lines. My core competencies include process parameters measurement and control, field instruments, final control elements, electrical wiring, and programmable logic controller (PLC). I am adept at ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of the plant and equipment, as well as delivering quality products and services, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering innovation and sustainability. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
