I produce meaningful work by combining the power of data-derived insights with creativity. As Luxury Retail CEO (Haryana) and erstwhile Head of Sales and Service Marketing and Sales CRM for a Super Luxury Brand (in Tamil Nadu), I am responsible for ensuring great CX. My rigor in delivering customer satisfaction targets on CSI and NPS enabled me to thrive in such roles. Additionally, I have been a point person for everything on Digital Business, ATL, BTL, Events, or customer initiatives, ensuring that the retail team is aligned with customer needs. My accomplishments are rooted in my understanding of customer, CRM, data quality, business & sales process excellence. With my wealth of experience, I offer pragmatic guidance to help businesses achieve desired results & success. I have built an online cheat sheet of Electric Vehicles, a premium buyer persona analysis system & also a 360-degree Data One View & customer persona profiler for Luxury Brands HNI buyers, which resulted in incremental sales purely attributed to the initiative, just on the strength of better understanding and sales team's access to the customer golden record. I was also briefly involved in creating something which relates to the oldest human dream of FLYING. Professionally, I’m motivated by responsiveness, timeliness, & discipline. As a result of my work, I’ve been recognized amongst top 100 Marketing leaders twice & in the last 8 years, I received > 6 awards & recognitions in the areas of Online Business, CX, CRM & Data Quality. These achievements are indicative of the work I put in towards making things better for the customer & easier for those serving the customer. Outside of work, I recharge myself thru' yogic practices, reading, creating content on LinkedIn, writing & honing my photography, image and video editing skills.
