Underpinned by a deep understanding of healthcare, business, and financial data to support in identifying insights to support both strategic and operational change and decision making thus delivering optimisation along the entire patient pathway and where required embedding digital strategies along the pathway. Overseeing the development and implementation of digital health initiatives that are fit for purpose for our healthcare market and meets the needs of customers. Previous projects have included telemedicine platforms, mobile health apps, integration of various market leading devices, and data analytics tool healthcare delivery. Providing healthcare colleagues with effective horizon scanning of the latest digital health trends and therefore identifying opportunities to leverage the right digital health solutions to improve patient care, population health and operational efficiency.
