With a foundation in Corporate Communication and Public Relations from Fanshawe College, and further expertise in International Business Management, I'm currently leading as a Supervisor at Seven Seas Fish Co Ltd, where my core competencies in freight, third-party logistics (3PL), and labor management are put to use daily. My education in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Chitkara University has been instrumental in shaping my approach to team leadership and operational efficiency. At Seven Seas, our team has enhanced warehouse operations, maintaining stringent compliance with health and safety guidelines. We've worked together to streamline processes, improve inventory management, and ensure the fulfillment of brand requirements. My role also includes fostering a cohesive work environment, demonstrated through the successful training of new employees and support for company events.
