Breakdown maintenance of CNC Machines ( Toyoda Grinding,HMC, Lathe, Top Centers, VMC, & SPM ) Hands on experience of Mechanical Maintenance of the various mechanism, subassemblies and assemblies of the CNC machines e.g. Spindle, ATC Gear box, Magazine, Indexing and NC table assemblies, Axis assemblies etc. Working on Fanuc controllers and various relays and PLC controlled logic circuits.
