About Amit Deshpande

I began my professional journey with Infosys in 2022, gaining hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and S/4 HANA while working with US-based clients. During this time, I also had the opportunity to enhance my skills through the Business Communication Excellence Program and Design Thinking workshops, which deepened my understanding of corporate values and client-centric innovation. However, my true passion has always been entrepreneurship. I have a deep interest in Marketing, Sales, Branding and Strategic Planning, and I aspire to become a prominent leader in the business world. In pursuit of this vision, I made a decision to leave Infosys in September 2024 and take on the role of Marketing & Sales Associate at algorithms365, a technology-driven company focused on skill development. We cater to students, graduates, freshers, and working professionals, helping them build essential skills for the long-term success in their career in IT Industry.Currently, I am a dedicated entrepreneur and a hustler, continuously learning, growing and evolving in the fast-paced business environment. I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact and am constantly refining my leadership and communication skills to become an effective public speaker.I’m excited to be on this journey of growth, and I remain committed to building a successful future while inspiring others along the way. I believe in the principle of "Performance with Purpose," which is also our company tagline. I also enjoy reading books, which fuels my curiosity and passion for self-improvement.
