• As rapidly evolving digital technologies demand new ways of doing business in a complex integrated ecosystem be a trusted and credible partner in client’s transformation journey • I firmly believe that large complex change programs don’t fail necessarily because of bad strategy & intent it is “execution ability” that differentiates a successful change program from others – hence I have chosen an execution focused “Program Management” as a stream as opposed to large/broad P&L roles • I am a “stick to the basics” minded execution & outcome focused program manager and have built a track record of delivering large complex change programs across a cross section of clients in my 24+ years of experience • In the process I led VMWare’s customer master data transformation to build centralized customer hierarchies and segmentation that was integrated with 20+ systems across commerce life cycle. • I have established Cognizant’s first “Platform as a Service” model in Banking & Financial services with a first of a kind integrated deal encompassing IT & Business operations as a service – delivering efficiencies of over 25% on an annual spend of $12M for the client • I have been acknowledged as one of the Top program managers in Banking & Financial services vertical at Cognizant – as a “go to” person for large complex multi-million-dollar program execution deal reviews & structuring • I have keen interest and exposure in building effective efficient operating models for global teams to enable balance between agility and control leveraging Scaled agile and engineering practices • I have consistently built successful high-performance teams which demonstrate a strong culture of transparency trust accountability in a diverse global setup
