About Amit Gamot

My journey has been instrumental in shaping me into a well-rounded individual with a strong foundation in technology and a commitment to social causes. Through my academic pursuits, I have honed my technical skills, achieving a remarkable GPA of 9.53/10.0 in Computer Science and acquiring certifications in MuleSoft, Cisco® CCNAv7, and top ratings on Hackerrank in Problem Solving and Python. This has equipped me with a solid understanding of IT skills, including MuleSoft, Python, C++, Cloud Computing, Computer Vision, Embedded Systems, and Internet of Things (IoT), as well as proficiency in languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, Angular, AI, and GCP for deployment. My involvement in various projects and extracurricular activities has allowed me to develop effective leadership and project management skills. For instance, I led the development of an IoT-enabled smart classroom with computer vision capabilities, organized successful events, and served as a local lead for the NASA International Space Apps hackathon. Additionally, my role as a Mulesoft Developer at Discount Tire /Senior Software Engineer at Accolite Digital has provided me with valuable experience in enhancing platforms, integrating systems, and optimizing projects with MuleSoft. Furthermore, my contributions to NGO projects in Pune, such as web development for the Virtual Constro event and participation in initiatives like plantation drives and blood donation camps, have instilled in me a strong sense of social responsibility and the importance of using technology for a positive impact. While I have developed strengths in technical expertise, leadership, and social impact, I recognize opportunities for growth in further expanding my knowledge of emerging technologies and enhancing my project management skills to drive even greater impact in the future.
