I am a seasoned banker, strategy execution specialist, and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience driving sales across Banking, Real Estate, Project Management, Financial Inclusion, and Investments. Throughout my career, I have successfully turned around businesses and delivered results across India, South Asia, the UK, and GCC regions within the Real Estate and BFSI sectors. Currently, I manage the Real Estate business for a multi-sector corporate house in the NCR region. When I joined, the company had only two employees, unmotivated channel partners, and a weak business reputation. Over the past six years, I have built the entire business structure from the ground up and played a pivotal role in strengthening its P&L. In my earlier banking career, I specialized in problematic collections, one of the most challenging areas in the sector. I consistently turned obstacles into results, earning numerous awards and accolades, including being recognized as the youngest AVP in a Citibank subsidiary.
