Over 27 years of experience in managing Engineering Systems Applications to deliver FEED and EPC projects for Off-Shore and On Shore projects in Oil, Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Chemical and Mining industries; With major responsibility in managing various engineering tools, implement them as per project requirement with focus on Digitalization and developing integrated engineering environment using AVEVA or Hexagon applications. Major Responsibilities • 3D CAD Administration • Information Management • BIM Management • Quality Audits • Stakeholder Coordination • Project Coordination Core experience includes • Lead a group of Systems and CAD administrators from head office and Workshare offices • PDS to E3D migration • Manage Engineering Software licenses, renewal and implementation as per project requirement • Estimation of manhour and software cost, Scheduling • Define, develop and implement project Work Instructions, Procedures and workflows • Conduct Quality Audits to review the Project setup, extracted deliverables • Coordination with Client, Work share offices Inter-discipline and IT for Interfacing issues • Develop inhouse tools using Visual Basics, MS-Access, SQL to improvise working method and team performance • Manage In-house and External training on various tools required by engineering and design team • Administration and Coordination for Intergraph PDS/S3D, AVEVA PDMS/E3D • Review requirements for” Data Integration”, “Digitalization”, “Plant of the Future” and “Industry 4.0” • BIM submission using tools like Tekla, Revit and integration of Vendor models with 3D projects.
