As a Vice President at Natwest, I oversee the Platform portfolio, valued at 60 million pounds, and manage the financial performance and business operations for a team of over 400 resources. I have more than 23 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, planning, internal audit, and regulatory compliance, with a CA and CPRE certification. I am passionate about enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes and systems, ensuring adherence to both US GAAP and IFRS standards, and providing insightful data and commentary for executive decision-making. I have led various projects involving budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, consolidation, and change management, delivering high-quality results and solutions for internal and external stakeholders. I also serve as a facilitator between the Central PMO team and the Platform Delivery Managers, fostering collaboration and communication across the organization.
