About Amit Goel

As a Portfolio Manager - Cloud at IBM, I have more than 22 years of industry experience in IT, specializing in application development, maintenance, service delivery, and program and project management. I hold a Masters degree in Computer Applications degree, which enables me to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our clients across various domains. My core competencies include the Self Diagnosis Method (SDM), data warehousing and business intelligence (DW/BI), which I have applied in large-scale cloud modernization and transformation engagements for one of the biggest airlines in North America. I am responsible for managing the offshore team, ensuring adherence to processes and tools, reviewing and approving efforts and solutions, planning and executing demand and resource optimization, and participating in end-to-end meetings with customers and onsite teams. I am passionate about driving innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through cloud technologies and best practices.
