I am a seasoned engineering visionary with over 22 years of comprehensive leadership experience, guiding highly skilled engineering teams to propel large-scale products and programs. My dynamic leadership style is characterized by a commitment to fostering innovation and driving excellence. In terms of global expertise and versatility, I have demonstrated success across diverse roles and regions, including Asia, Europe, and Australia. My background spans engineering, architecture, service and delivery management, and product ownership, reflecting adaptability and a breadth of expertise. Currently, I am proud to serve as the Associate Director - Director of Engineering at Macquarie Group, a prominent global investment and retail bank in Australia. In this role, I lead Infrastructure and Personal Technology in India, contributing dynamic leadership to the organization's critical areas. As part of my strategic leadership at Macquarie, I orchestrated a dynamic, agile team comprising 110+ Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters, steering the Infrastructure and Engineering portfolio across India. In the realm of strategic partnerships and tech innovation, I am leading the migration of a major Data Centre Exit program at Macquarie, forging strategic alliances with vendor partners. My transformative leadership extends to product owning of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) services, ensuring strict adherence to enterprise control requirements. One of my key achievements was migrating 15 applications to AWS and achieving strategic objectives while saving through optimization and transformative initiatives. I like to solve problems and am passionate about leveraging my wealth of experience and expertise to drive continuous innovation and success in the ever-evolving landscape of engineering and technology. Besides Technical roles and responsibilities, I am involved in local and global initiatives including contributing to society through Foundation programs, supporting female staff through Male Allies & Listening Circles and leading WomenInTech programs.
