Chartered Accountant and seasoned banking professional with over 10 years of experience in credit management and retail lending, currently associated with ICICI Bank.I have recently transitioned to the role of Regional Head – Sales (Unsecured), where I am responsible for driving business growth, managing sales strategy, and overseeing unsecured lending products. Prior to this, I served as Area Head, leading end-to-end credit oversight for a diversified portfolio including auto loans, business loans, personal loans, education loans, and credit cards. I was also elevated to the Associate Leadership Team in 2025 in recognition of my performance and leadership capabilities.My core strengths lie in credit appraisal, risk assessment, sales management, policy adherence, and portfolio management. I bring a strong data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making, ensuring a balance between business growth and credit quality.I have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, evaluating and approving credit proposals, optimizing processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
