With experience spanning over 20 countries, I've led engagements for global clients and appeared as an expert witness in USA and Europe, specializing in areas like Investigations, AI, Cybercrime, Digital Forensics, e-Discovery, and more. As a Partner at a Big 4, I oversaw the markets function across Europe, the Middle-East, India, and Africa. My leadership extended to the Digital Forensics & Forensic Technology teams in both the UK & India. Notably, I contributed to terrorism monitoring in J&K for Indian defense. My scholarly contributions include publications by Cambridge University Press on Insider Threats. I am a founding member of Assocham's committee on digital technologies & blockchain and the only tech expert from India recognized by Who's Who Legal as a Global Elite Thought Leader. Currently, I focus on growth in AI solutions, innovation and serve on the EMEIA/Asia advisory board. I also act as an Independent Director for a top asset management company in India, being an integral part of its Technology committee (SEBI). My past roles include being the Partner and Head of Forensic Technology at EY. I've assisted clients in regulatory, fraud, bribery & corruption matters, worked closely with global regulators, and saved corporations millions in software licensing. I've pioneered unique tech solutions in areas like AML, cybercrime, and data theft. My expertise is further recognized through regular contributions to leading journals and presentations at premier conferences, such as Nasscom, Assocham, and ISACA. Honored as a global elite thought leader by Who's Who Legal from 2020-2023, I'm the sole expert from India acknowledged in these categories.
