I am an Operations Leader turned Business Entrepreneur working in the field of Early Intervention services for children currently having my own Child Developmental clinic in Delhi, wherein we see a wide variety of children with a Range of medical, developmental and learning Concerns. Through history and parental report, we draw a profile of the child on the home and the school Fronts, sometimes modified further by a visit to the school. A veteran Senior Operations Leader with 18 years of experience in Banking and BPO domains I have an Experience of working with top brands in banking and BPO Industry - ABN AMRO Bank N.V, Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. Track record of setting up/turning around, heading and managing operations to achieve the overall organizational objectives. Led large multicultural, multi-geography and cross-functional teams varying in sizes from time to time in captive BPO environment; managed a peak team size of 50+ FTEs.
