With qualitative experience over 19+ years of experience in managing complex projects in challenging environment an entrepreneurial spirit and sharp business acumen. My expertise lies in formulating strategic plan as per current term based on dynamic market conditions and adhering to time, cost and quality norms. Proven abilities in conducting project feasibility study/ market research for analysing commercial feasibility of upcoming project /new stores. I worked in 12 stores of UAE & different Emirates as a Store Manager Operation as expert in Retail Operations, Profitability, Customer Service and Omni Channel Operations. Recognized by seniors as a “hardworking, straight forward person” & colleagues as “A reliable friend”. I enjoy working in teams, resulting in enhanced systems for higher performance of the team. Some of my positives which I can talk about are ability to multitask, good understanding of operational & systemic aspects for providing complete solutions, seeking & harnessing new opportunities and creating win-wins. A few laurels & awards, I would like to draw your attention towards are: • CEO Award for project launch of operation management App of “Opterus Inc” in 2018 • Re-defined the layout for Mushriff Mall in Aug 2018 & Mega Mall Store Feb’2017. • Performed NSO for MOE in Nov’17 and Times Square in Jun’15. • CEO Club Best Manager on Duty Award in FY 2016 and 2015 for highest achievement of sales in IT/Gaming & HA in DSF • CEO Award for Best Department Manager in FY 2013 for highest sales. • Best Department Manager Award in FY 2010 and Best Category of the Month Award in FY 2008 for highest sales As a transformational change leader, I am confident to comprehensively interpret priorities, align strategies & frameworks.
