I am a Certified Training and Development Professional with over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering transformative learning and capacity-building initiatives across corporates, funding agencies, and government institutions. My core expertise spans the entire training and development cycle — from Training Needs Analysis (TNA), content design and development, and training delivery to impact evaluation and organizational development. I have successfully conducted programs on soft skills, life and employability skills, leadership development, managerial effectiveness, POSH, and team building using participatory training methodologies. I am adept at integrating AI tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learner engagement, track progress, and personalize learning experiences. My experience also includes designing and managing developmental projects, formulating customized organizational policies, and developing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems based on the Theory of Change (ToC) approach. With a passion for Train-the-Trainer (TOT) programs and capacity building, I strive to create impactful learning ecosystems that drive organizational performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
