Hello! I'm Amit Khanna, a dedicated and result-driven Implementation Manager with a passion for process improvement and building strong relationships. My professional goals and aspirations are fueled by a love for learning and a commitment to implementing lasting, positive change in my community and the world! I currently work as a Product Implementation Manager at AssistIQ, a clinical AI startup, where we are working to introduce the next generation of clinical supply chain technology to the hospital to improve clinical processes, provide new insights, and streamline inventory management. I previously worked as a clinical project manager at Epic Systems for the Cupid Application. During my time there, I successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver software implementations specialized in Cardiology for multiple large hospital systems. One of my proudest achievements while I was at Epic was designing and developing enhanced ordering techniques for Cardiologists, which streamlined pre and post procedure surgical order sets. This innovation, now featured in Epic's Foundation System and used nationwide, has notably improved workflow efficiency, allowing physicians to spend more time with patients and saving clinical staff countless hours. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio State University, where I graduated in 2022. During my time at Ohio State, I gained valuable experience as a research assistant in genetic engineering at the McHale Lab, served as a Resident Advisor, and worked as a Student Peer Counselor.
