Over 15 years of experience leading in one of the premier restaurant groups in the Midwest. Focus towards actions that drive profitability and efficient processes. Demonstrated end-to-end management while delivering annual revenue growth. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines under stringent time constraints, while delivering excellent guest experiences and high staff retention. Passionate about building individuals into leaders and supporting a healthy work culture. Throughout my career, I have emphasized creating deep rooted relationships within the communities that I operated. I accomplished this by participating with my team in quarterly volunteering events at food pantries, women's shelters, animal shelters, and more. I have found this work very meaningful. I have also had the wonderful and fulfilling opportunity to develop the next generation of industry leaders. I coached a group of 8-12 managers on a monthly basis. Coaching was based on the philosophy of Conscious Leadership. Our focus was on a relational model of leading, developing problem solving skills and critical thinking skills for my company’s future leaders.
