Founder - KATEC (Kshirsagar's Aptitude Training and Education Centre) It’s a Training Centre based out of Pune Maharashtra that provides Classroom-Based as well as Online Training for Aptitude (Quantitative Ability Logical Reasoning Data Interpretation and Verbal Ability) and Soft Skills (Resume Building Group Discussion and Interview Preparation) for Campus Recruitment at College Campuses. Previously worked as a Centre Manager at Proton-Unacademy Pune Former Business Development Executive at L&T Infotech. I did my MBA in Marketing from SIBM Pune. It was a great learning experience and I had taken up multiple internships and live projects. Prior to this I was preparing for civil services exams for two years in Pune. I am a Computer Science engineer from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Mumbai. I am from Aurangabad but have stayed outside post my schooling at Nath Valley School Aurangabad. Having lived in different places has given me diverse exposure and helps me connect with a diverse set of people easily. I like playing outdoor sports working out at the gym and living a healthy lifestyle. I was the vice-captain of the Aurangabad under-17 cricket team. All these experiences have helped develop the following in me : -Independence -Street-smartness -Leadership skills -Teamwork -Humility I am very organized and extremely passionate about whatever I do.
